Attorney Profiles - Don Hahn

Don Hahn - Mr. Hahn was born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, on October 20, 1964. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1987 and the Villanova Law School in 1992. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1992, and practices before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and the Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court for Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Hahn is board certified in consumer bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. He is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), and the Board of Directors of the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association (MDBBA). In 2003, he was awarded by the PBA for his pro bono activities.

He is currently serving his second term on the State College Borough Council. In April, he was elected vice-chairman of the Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities (PLCM) Central District.

Mr. Hahn resides in State College, Pennsylvania with his wife, Cynthia, and family. His stepchildren are Lauren and Adam.
