Mr. Stover was admitted to the Bar of Pennsylvania in 1982. He is also admitted to the Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Wilkinson-Campbell American Inn of Court. Mr. Stover practices in the areas of civil trials, corporate/business law, estates/wills, and real estate/zoning. He serves as solicitor to the zoning hearing boards of State College Borough, Milesburg Borough, Patton Township and College Township. He was recognized as the State College Area Jaycees Outstanding Young Lawyer for 1987-1988. In addition, Mr. Stover is active in the local community. He currently serves as Board Chairman of the Centre Communities Chapter of the American Red Cross. He has previously served on the Board of the American Cancer Society. He received Volunteer of the Year by the Cancer Society in 1989, and by the Centre County Breast Cancer Coalition in 1999. He is an active member of the State College Rotary Club, having served as President in 1993-94. He received the Paul Harris Fellowship Award in 1998. He currently serves as Ombudsman for the U.S. Department of Defense in the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) program.
